POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

  Full- time Custodian/Maintenance worker

12-Months

5 days per week, eight hours per day

 

Performs routine cleaning work in school buildings and on school grounds; performs related work as assigned.

Under the direction of the Superintendent/Principal, performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in several areas of the building trades in order to repair and maintain assigned buildings, equipment and facilities operated by the District. Employees in this classification receive general to limited supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures and generally work independently. Employees in this class perform basic duties in several specialized areas of the building trades to include carpentry, electrical and plumbing.

          Starting Salary:  $ 18.40 to $ 21.30 per hour
