The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) was signed into law in January 2002.   The new law represents an educational reform plan that contains sweeping changes to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act enacted in 1965.

The many provisions of the NCLB Act appear complex at times.  The information on this website is designed to provide the most update information on the various issues that comprise the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.  District and school administrators are encouraged to check this website regularly for updated templates, regulations, guidance and contacts.
